Ave!
Tool, Leather Workers, c. 1st-3rd Cent AD, 2-Pack
Copper Alloy; the longest of the two is 116mm/8.2gm
Con/ As Cast, green patinas, cleaned and waxed
Sellers Note/ The use of these short, round, and very sharp, tools is moot. Most likely they were used by leather-workers to punch small holes in leather or heavy fabric prior to sewing or adding adornments. Note that the longer one has been peened at the top, showing signs that a hammer was used to punch holes in thick leather or heavy fabric. Nice!
