Con/ An excellent example of this rare issue with a very crisply struck reverse. Some roughness on the obverse, otherwise, after appropriate cleaning, Very fine,

Obv/ CONSTANTINVS MAX AVG; rosette diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right.

Rev/ CONSTANTINIANA DAFNE, Victory seated left on cippus with palm branch in each hand, looking right. In front, trophy; at feet, captive turning head for whom Victory spurns; officina letter Δ  in left field. In exergue; CONS star.

Seller's Note/ The reverse inscription refers to the erection of a fortress at Daphne along the Danube frontier c. 328 AD.
