Sellers Note/ This lovely belt end features wonderful sinuosity, nearly in Celtic style. As noted before, the Avar's liked lots of shiny adornments, the more the better! Attached to the belt would have been several straps which in turn hung down causing some serious and shiny bling.

Rare in this sublime condition.
