Con/ As cast; glossy green patina with both attachment pins intact; cleaned not waxed.

Seller's Note/ While not as impressive as Avar zoomorphic belt plates, this small, delicate and fragile belt or strap mount, is excessively rare, especially so with the two peened attachment pins. Such objects rarely survive 1,600 years in the ground in such sublime condition.
