Ionia, Kolophon, Apollo with Lyre Reverse, Rare!

Æ 13mm/1.5gm     Struck ca. 4th-3rd Cent. BC.

Con/ Good Very Fine; glossy dark green patina. A beautiful example of this difficult issue with a superb rendering of Apollo and his Lyre (Kithera).

Obv/ Head of Apollo right, hair in a taenia.

Rev/  K-O-Λ to left and right and beneath lyre within linear square.
