Æ Antoninanus; 21mm/2.8gm     Mint of Rome; struck ca. 267-268 AD

Con/ Warm brown patina with an incredibly crisp portrait of the emperor and a very sharp image of the centaur in high relief. Hurriedly struck on a misshapen flan, otherwise, about Very Fine.

Obv/ GALLIENVS AVG; radiate bust right.

Rev/ APPOLINI CONS AVG; Centaur walking left, holding globe and rudder; H in exergue.
