Obv/ IMP GORDIANVS PIVS FEL AVG; laur. draped & cuirassed bust right
Rev/ PMS COL VIM; Moesia standing left, arms outstretched over bull on left facing right and a lion on right facing left; ANIIII in ex. = 242/3 AD
Con/ EF; thick glossy green patina, well-centered with sharp stikes on both sides. In hand, this large and heavy coin sings and cannot be improved in any manner.

Seller's Note/ Not sure why, perhaps due to the alloy (?), but Viminacium issues tend to accrue spectacular green patinas.
In the case of this coin, the patina is absolutely the finest we've ever presented on NRC.
