Con/ Slightly plow-bent, missing spring pin; fantastic glossy green patina

Seller's Note/ As seen in the photo and noted above, this brooch is huge! We have never seen, heard of, nor presented any one similar and none as fancy for the type. If the spring pin was still attached this would easily valued at $300-$400.

Due to the size and craftsmanship, this fibula was certainly not worn by a common tribesman but most likely someone of great importance. If you collect brooches/fibulae, note this one under Danubian Celts.
