Pueblo Culture, Arrow Point with Shaft, ca. 8th Cent AD

35 inches / 95 CM; Flint point at 50mm

Such arrow points were used for hunting larger game such as deer and antelope. An intact and unbroken flint point a like this one is very rare in such unbroken condition.

The arrow point has been affixed to a cane shaft with resin and natural sinew with triple turkey feathers to keep ability in flight ...exactly the way it was done for hunters 900 years ago; perfect for wall mounting.

From the Vada Sandes Collection, ground found in Western Colorado.
