Copper alloy, 43mm x 25mm / 46.7gm
Con/ Missing shackle and internal locking mechanism, otherwise, about As Fabricated. Dark brown patina, cleaned, not waxed.

Group One Type - The bearded male faces are characterized by circular eyes made by a central recessed dot surrounded by a recessed circle. These are referred to as "dice" eyes. The nose on these faces thin are thin in shape. The mouth is again characterized by a central recessed dot surrounded by a recessed circle. The foreheads are adorned with hair in complicated ringlets, and the beard with simple vertical lines.
Seller's Note/ This is a One Trick type padlock; one needed to first open the latch (see photo # 3) that would release the cover hook, giving access to the key plate. But, one still needed a special rotary ring key to release the locking shackle. (see photo #4)
