Most have been stuck in copper alloy, while a few others may be Silver or Silver alloy; good variety of shapes and sizes.

Con/ After cleaning and full restoration; Fine - Very Fine for the type if you have the skills

Obv/ Devolved laur. head of Zeus r., with prominent raised round (ball) cheek.

Seller's Note/ One thing to remember is that the ancient Celts, unlike the Greeks and Romans, did not have any sort official mints or authorities watching over them. Pretty much any village or town, with a smith, and a celator to carve the dies, struck coins of their own.

Think outside your Roman coins box. This is an excellent opportunity for you to get down and dirty with 2,300 plus year-old coins.
