Ave!
Digger's Choice, Highest Grade Roman Coins, 10 coins per purchase only!
Please, due to limited quantities, only 10 of these per purchase! Be fair and share!
This newest lot includes Early Roman Æ issues and a fantastic mix of Roman LRBC issues. Many are full-sized Antoninianus (many fully silvered!) and Included in them, the emperors include scarce Philip, Probus, Tacitus, Carus, Carinus, and Aurelian. Also included are multiple amounts of completely soft-dirt covered Æ1 and Æ2 issues that will be a joy for your cleaning skills.
As seen in the second photo, many are so covered with soft dirt that you never know which emperor may hidden beneath the soft and easy to clean flans. Also included are silver denarius.
What exactly is a Digger's Choice issue, other than they cost NRC more?
Our digger's have a very good eye as per what is what. Some of these issues may be rare in pristine condition or not. The same could be said for more common issues in spectacular condition. Or, on the other hand, not so great until you look close at the reverse exergue...you'll see.
Caveat emptor! Also of note is that some of these coins have already been semi-cleaned (as seen in the photo) and just a few have been fully cleaned, and only need a wax and buff to bring them to full glory.
As many of these superb issues have exquisite silvering beneath the soft dirt, we highly suggest that you purchase the following tool/tools. From our 30-year experience, such silvered coins can be the very most difficult to clean/restore, that is until we stumbled across these new tools, our cleaning pen set. Or just one Fiber Brush, Cleaning Pen, Hand-held tool. And these new perfect new cleaning tools just added to our inventory. http://Conservators Coin-cleaning Pencil 4-Pack! and http://nobleromancoins.com/product_info.php?products_id=5758 and our new Cleaning Needles http://nobleromancoins.com/product_info.php?products_id=5760
Trust me everyone, if you do not have these tools in your cleaning arsenal, you are truly missing the boat.
Remember, you're buying at a 'per coin' price, not for all seen in the photo!
