Obv/ ANTONINVS PIVS AVG; laureate bust right.

Rev/ VOTA SVSCEPTA X; Emperor standing left, sacrificing out of patera above lighted tripod, and holding roll.

Seller's Note/ The legend VOTA SVSCEPTA X ( = Vows raised up) refers to the prayers of offering for the vows made at the beginning of a decade of reign. Looking at that sweet smiling face, one would never imagine what a real monster Caracalla would become.
