Copper ally; 30mm/6.9gm

Con/ About as struck; sharp legends and images, choice brown patina, original pendent loop.

Obv/ S. GEORGIUS EQITUM PATRONUS (St George the Knight Patron); St George on horseback, charging right, slaying the dragon below.

Rev/ INTEMPESTATE SECURITAS (Safety from Storms); Ship sailing right, tossed on stormy seas, sails billowing, four seamen scurrying about the deck. Above to left, sun shining through breaking clouds, indicating that the storm is over and that the mariners have been saved from the tempest.

Seller's Note/ Not much more I can say about this medallion pendent other than it's extremely cool!
