Copper alloy; 5.6gm, Ring size 9 1/4

Con/ As fabricated; choice dark green patina, sound and wearable

Description/ One piece casted and engraved bronze. Large letter "M" with crosshatching about and within.

Seller's Note/ Pollio suggests that such signet rings were not used as the owners initial, per se, but rather by a certain guild of merchants in Eastern Europe and the Balkans. Sadly, who such merchants were, and their products, has been lost to time.
