Tinned Copper Alloy; 60mm/74.6gm or 2 1/4 inches/2.6oz.

Con/ Missing iron connector, otherwise, about As Cast.

Seller's Note/ We have shared this artifact with a number of our NRC colleagues, but unfortunately, with no consensus. Some said it was late Roman, 4th-5th Cent AD, while others opined it is Medieval or somewhat later. Either way, it is a spectacular harness adornment, and will look swell on a desk or decorating your Man Cave!
