Con/ Very Fine; complete legends, handsome portrait, excellent image of flying Victory.

Obv/ L SEPT SEV AVG IMP XI PART MAX ; laureate head right.

Rev/ VICTORIAE AVGG FEL; Victory flying left, holding open wreath with both hands, before her, a shield set on low base.

Seller's Note/ Let's take a look at the reverse shall we? VICTORIAE = Victories. AVGG = Co-emporers (Septimius and son, Caracalla), FEL (shorted for FELIX) = either lucky, fortunate, or wise. Victory holds an open wreath meant for both emperors. This all about some very slick propaganda to once again reassure the Romans that the empire in safe in their hands.
