Con/ Well struck and centered, sharp obverse and crisp reverse, a lovely example with a dark green patina beneath natural earthen fill. Tiny traces of corrosion, otherwise, Very Fine.
Obv/ DN VALENTINIANVS PF AVG; Helmeted and pearl-diademed, dr. and cuir. bust r., holding spear and shield before.
Rev/ GLORIA ROMANORVM; Emperor. stg. facing, looking r.; raising hand, cloak flying behind, on galley piloted by Victory; wreath in l. field.
Cyzicus Mint (?): SMK Delta (?) in exergue. If so = R2!
