I've gotten these before so when the price dropped I ordered in a new batch. Here's some of what I found: Divo Claudio with CONSECRATIO reverse- yellow! patina; several Constantinian AE3/4, some EF to near Mint State; VERY small module (smallest I've ever seen) antoninianus of Tacitus; Greek Imperial of Gordian III (Bithynia, Nicaea) 3 standards reverse with blue-green patina and a AE3 of Delmatius (Gloria Exercitus reverse) with blue patina. Still working on the rest; more goodies to come! The customer service is excellent (as always); fast and courteous with very fast shipping (2 days from order to in my hands). Despite reading in these reviews that these had been picked through already I don't think that this batch had been (due to what I'm finding so far).

I have purchased a few small batches in recent months. These are a steal at this price. A nice mix of mostly later emperors. I have been able to attribute all of the ones I have finished so far.

At this price these coins are an absolute steal! I bought six coins and was gifted a seventh. Even with only an hour in DW, I can already see a radiate head. Others are showing a lot of detail, and I do not see signs of pre-cleaning. There are no culls in the batch, which is very nice (I have purchased coins from other sellers at prices up to six dollars apiece to get culls). To say the least, I am a very happy customer. Noble Roman Coins is by far the best vendor I have found for uncleaned roman coins on the internet, and I will definitely be buying again!

These are the best uncleaned coins I have found outside of a coin shop since the late 90s/ early 2000s. Very little damage of any kind. Most are 4th cent AE3/4, most are common but they will clean east. No corroded crusty abominations in my lot. Most look like they will clean easily with common methods. The first coin I completed was a "Fel Temp" issue, but was in good enough condition ot would sell for 12-15 dollars at my local shop. I don't expect any high dollar surprises, but I feel like I definately will get much more value out of my lot than I paid once I put in the time and effort to clean them. Next time I'm buying 100+

I purchased 20 coins and received 22, which was really nice of the seller to throw a couple of extra ones in. Quite a few were not easy to clean, so these may not be for a complete beginner. After soaking in distilled water and mechanical picking, 17 of the 22 were fully identifiable, 3 were somewhat identifiable, and only 2 were not identifiable. 5 of them I consider to be in really good condition, one of them being a Constans VICTORIA AVGG in exquisite detail which is probably worth what the entire lot cost. 12 were good - okay, some of these were still nice coins just not as good as the other 5. Overall I am really happy with the purchase and will definitely buy more from NRC once they have some coins in stock. The coins were mostly Constans and Constantius II with multiples of common types (i.e. fallen horseman). But at the price you can't complain, these coins are fantastic value for money. Cheers!

I usually get a mix of the 3 uncleaned coin types. These can be just about anything but, for me, are almost always AE3s to AE4s & late AE4s. I like the era, so they're perfect for me. Very rarely a blank or "crumbly patina" but worn or something is likely. Some have details showing, but most are covered in enough dirt to a be complete surprise, which I really like. Some will be "crusty" but not so much so I can't handle them with my amature skill set, though they may take months to years to clean properly. You can't beat the price. If you try, you'll get a BD infected slug. These are fun mysteries. If you like LRBCs, you won't be disappointed. GLORIA ROMs & FTRs will abound, but you can fill the gaps in your collection for under $2. What, you wanna pay around $20 for a Horseman FTR? Or clean one yourself for 1/10 the cost? I've seen some unnecessarily critical (all things considered) reviews of these elsewhere; I'd take them with a grain of salt. Hope that helps.
