Wow, what can I say? Just got these this morning, and I'm in love with them! Some of my favorite coins from NRC so far! The sand fill on most of these is beautiful, and I think it's only going to take a little bit of careful work to bring out the portraits and details. And speaking of portraits and details--I ordered 25 of these, and with the exception of maybe one or two, every last coin appears to have amazing, SHARP detail. There's a lot of variety here, too. Mostly later issues, but they're definitely NOT the usual Constantinians that seem to show up in most groups of crusty Roman coins. It's exactly as the description says--most all of them feature reverses that are rare among the normal uncleaned coins. I always get excited when my latest NRC order shows up, but this one takes the cake. These coins are exquisite--I couldn't be happier with them! :)

Just received a batch of these coins. Most of them are AE 3/4 with some Constantinian, Valentinian I/II, Arcadius, Theodosius and Honorius. The other coins were an Aelia Flacilla and several Byzantine types with a 10 mm. coin that I have identified as an Ostrogothic imitation of a Justinian I nummus by Athalaric dating to 527-534 AD with an approximate value of $150. The customer service is excellent as usual, 2 days shipping time! Kevin even reached out to make sure that these were the coins I wanted as these are smaller coins than I usually order. Thanks for all the care, Kevin!
