Con/ As fabricated; choice dark green and brown patina, sound and wearable

Description/ One piece cast and engraved bronze. Large monogram of AR (?) with 5 pellets about, all within circle.

Seller's Note/ Pollio suggests that such signet rings were not used as the owners initials, per se, but rather by a certain guild of merchants in Eastern Europe and the Balkans. Sadly, who such merchants were, and their products, has been lost to time.
